Resurgens Technology Partners, a software-focused private equity firm, is investing in i-Sight, a case management software provider. This investment expands Resurgens’ platform growth momentum and underscores its mission of partnering with lower middle-market software businesses.
i-Sight is a provider of case management services that help companies manage the process of investigators collecting and analyzing information related to a case, resolving issues, managing risk, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The firm’s case management software helps organizations detect and prevent issues by improving aspects of internal investigations, including initial intake, production of summary documentation and analytics.
