Resource Label Group, a national label company, has acquired MedLit Solutions, a provider of pharmaceutical packaging, labeling and printing services, from Core Industrial Partners.
MedLit was founded in 1986 and offers packing, labeling, printing, design and fulfillment capabilities for pharmaceutical and healthcare applications. MedLit serves branded and generic pharmaceutical companies, biotech application developers, healthcare service providers and higher education institutions. The company operates out of two locations on the east coast in New Jersey and North Carolina.
