Redwood Services, a home services firm focused on investing in residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical services firms, has invested in Keefe’s A/C, Heating & Electrical.
Keefe’s boasts nearly 125 full-time employees serving the New Orleans metro area and has served over 6,500 customers in the last two years. Founder, Keefe Ditta, will retain a significant minority ownership stake and the team will continue to operate and manage the firm under the Keefe banner and name. The deal represents Redwood’s tenth platform investment.
