Raymond James, a diversified financial services company, has hired Jeffrey Bollerman as a managing director to expand the capabilities of its private capital advisory investment banking practice.

Bollerman has over 20 years of experience in the private equity space with experience representing sponsors of private capital vehicles or their investors and creditors, financial institutions, government agencies or other owners with structuring insight, liquidity alternatives, pricing intelligence and transaction execution. He joins Raymond James after nearly 12 years with Houlihan Lokey‘s financial institutions group, where he was a founding member of the secondary practice. Prior to that, he was at SecondMarket and was head of private equity product development at Citigroup.

“His addition further strengthens our sponsor-led and LP secondaries solutions practice, bolstering our team of over 40 in private capital advisory,” says Sunaina Sinha, global head of private capital advisory, Raymond James. “Adding his expertise to our team further strengthens our commitment to providing industry-leading service to clients in this growing segment.”
