Raymond James, a financial services company, has hired Aaron Goldstein as a managing director focused on the food and beverage sector in its consumer and retail investment banking practice.

Goldstein brings more than 18 years of experience in investment banking and mergers and acquisitions advisory services. He joins Raymond James after nearly 12 years with Lincoln International, where he served as a managing director in the firm’s consumer investment banking group and led transactions for clients across North America. Prior to that, Goldstein was a director at UBS Investment Bank and remained with the firm for more than six years. He was focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital-raising transactions.

“With his exceptional professional background and a strong passion for helping food and beverage companies articulate their unique strengths and future growth potential, Aaron is the perfect addition to level up our capabilities and enhance the services provided to our private equity and privately held business clients,” states John Berg, global head of consumer and retail investment banking at Raymond James.
