Radicle Health, a human services software firm, has acquired Stabilify, a software for child welfare professionals. This deal represents Radicle Health’s seventh acquisition and third within the child welfare sector.

Following the deal, Stabilify will join KCare, a case management software for modern social service agencies. Going forward the firm intends to combine both firms’ industry expertise to better service child welfare professionals. Stabilify has created an ecosystem of technology services that work to support children and families receiving services and enabling professionals to spend less time on casework and more time focusing on clients.

“Stabilify is thrilled to be joining the KCare family of companies,” stated Jackie Gonzalez, president and co-founder of Stabilify. “Our ability to bring innovation to child welfare is dramatically enhanced by the resources and talent this larger team offers the human services community.”

“We’re so excited to welcome Stabilify into the Radicle family,” said Tyler Hoffman, CEO of Radicle Health. “Strategically, Stabilify adds critical functionality to our expanding suite of products serving the child welfare market. And culturally, the team will fit right in with our mission orientation.”
