Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, a provider of fire protection services and equipment, has acquired Briscoe Protective, a privately-held security company, from Novidam Capital Partners.
Briscoe specializes in fire alarms, intrusion alarms, access control, and CCTV throughout New York City, Long Island, and Westchester. The company will continue to be operated by CEO Alexander Schuil.
