Pure Fishing Inc., a fishing tackle company and portfolio company of Sycamore Partners, has acquired Svendsen Sport, a supplier of fishing tackle in Europe.
Svendsen is a supplier of fishing tackle across Europe through its leading brands including Savage Gear, Prologic, MadCat, WaterWolf and DAM. The deal will expand Pure Fishing’s standing as a global provider in the recreational fishing industry. This purchase also represents the fourth for Pure Fishing in the past three years, under the ownership of Sycamore Partners.
