PSG, a growth equity firm, has initiated a growth investment in CommBox, a Saas-based omnichannel customer support solution. The business focuses on seamlessly connecting enterprise customer support teams to customers over a variety of communication channels.
CommBox’s AI-powered platform consolidates support requests into a single inbox, regardless of channel, so enterprises can communicate with customers more efficiently.
