PSG, a growth equity firm partnering with software and technology-enabled services, has hired Bogdan Cenanovic as a managing director with the firm.
Cenanovic joins the firm following his time with the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan as the head of technology, media & telecom, financial services and healthcare. In his new role, Cenanovic will strengthen the firm’s Canadian deal flow pipeline while leading underwriting for the firm’s encore strategy.
