DoseSpot, a software-as-a-service platform that allows clinicians to electronically write and transmit prescriptions to pharmacies and portfolio company of PSG, has acquired the TreatRX segment of Bravado Health.
The deal is intended to strengthen and expand DoseSpot’s service offerings for healthcare providers and enhance its position in the e-prescription software integration market. Bravado Health’s existing e-prescription customers will be supported through the transition and will benefit from added resources and capabilities.
