R-V Industries, an engineering and metal fabrication company of industrial process equipment and backed by business development company Prospect Capital Corp., has acquired MBC Aerosol, an aerosol products provider.
Established in 1982, MBC offers aerosol products to a range of industries, including automotive, construction and marine. The company’s product portfolio includes lubricants, cleaners and degreasers. MBC founders James McBride and Peter Burt will remain with the company and continue to operate out of the Elgin, Illinois facility.
