Prodege, a marketing and consumer insights platform, has bought AdGate Media, a digital advertising firm connecting users of popular websites and apps with premium brands.
Adgate looks to build advertising services for marketers and delivers a DIY service that offers a new way for clients to engage with consumers. The deal enhances Prodege’s mission to help its clients reach engaged audiences.
