Probo Medical, a global provider of medical imaging equipment, parts and services and portfolio company of Varsity Healthcare Partners, has acquired Remetronix.
Remetronix is a service provider of installation and deinstallation services for medical equipment. The firm offers transportation, rigging,installation, deinstallation, maintenance, storage and refurbishment of medical imaging equipment.
