PremiStar, a provider of commercial and industrial HVAC, plumbing and automation services, has purchased Mechanical Service Inc., a commercial HVAC contractor based in Iowa City, IA.
The deal expands PremiStar’s service offerings and footprint across Iowa. The firm will maintain its focus on serving commercial, industrial, health care, education, retail, municipal, government and senior living market segments. The deal represents the 20th acquisition for PremiStar since 2019.
