Precinmac, a diversified manufacturer of high-precision machined components and assemblies, has acquired Petersen Inc., a provider of high-quality industrial products and services.
The deal is intended to expand Precinmac’s product offering to enhance its service to aerospace and defense, semiconductor, power generation/energy, medical, and general industrial sectors. Petersen delivers a spectrum of specialized fabrication, precision machining, and advanced manufacturing services. The firm represents Precinmac’s eighth division.
