Aurorium, formerly Vertellus and owned by Pritzker Private Capital, has purchased Centauri Technologies, a technology-driven manufacturing company based in Pasadena, Texas.
Centauri serves a customer base in personal care, coatings and transportation markets from its production facility in Pasadena. Centauri’s experience in hydroformylation and hydrogenation processes looks to complement Aurorium’s strategy and drive its position as a provider of ingredients and materials.
