Pritzker Private Capital, a middle-market investment firm focused on family direct investing, has appointed Chris Brickman to operating partner.

Brickman will support PPC’s family of companies in implementing strategic business-to-consumer (B2C) initiatives and driving long-term growth. He most recently served as president and CEO of Sally Beauty Holdings. At Sally Beauty, he oversaw the expansion of the company’s digital platforms, implemented customer loyalty strategies and worked to modernize its use of data analytics to drive operational goals and business outcomes. Prior to Sally Beauty, Brickman held senior positions at the Kimberly-Clark Corp., where he led international consumer brands and covered 85 international markets. He has also held senior consumer products and operations roles at McKinsey & Co., Whitlock Packaging and Guinness Brewing Worldwide.

“His hands-on experience and expertise across the consumer goods sector will be instrumental as we partner with our family of companies to create value,” says Tony Pritzker, co-founder, chairman and CEO of PPC.
