Polar Peak Capital, an Austin-based search fund, has bought TransTech, a commercial driver’s license training school and third-party CDL testing administrator.
TransTech is located in Newton, N.C., and offers training and education for students looking to enter the commercial trucking industry. TransTech boasts programs small in size and up-to-date with modern equipment. The company has nine locations in North Carolina.
