Permira and Hellman & Friedman, investment firms, have acquired Zendesk.

Zendesk is a CRM company that builds software designed to improve customer relationships.

LLC is serving as financial advisor to the investor group. Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP is acting as M&A counsel to the investor group and Permira. Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP is serving as financing counsel to the investor group. Kirkland & Ellis LLP is serving as counsel to Hellman & Friedman.
