Sentrics, a provider of technology for senior living communities and a portfolio company of Periscope Equity, has added Peter Bailey as chief executive officer.

Prior to joining Sentrics, Bailey was executive vice chairman of the board of Consensus Health, a medical group for primary care physicians, as well as Continuum Health, a management services organization that offers services including revenue cycle management and population health to provider groups. Bailey was a founding CEO at Consensus Health and CEO at Continuum Health, and also a board director at Partners in Care.

“Peter has the expertise and understanding of how to leverage cutting-edge technology to produce the highest possible clinical outcomes and, more importantly, a better quality of life for community residents, patients and the families Sentrics serves,” says Steve Jarmel, Periscope Equity partner. “His industry background and experience will be critical to navigating an increasingly complex healthcare landscape. We look forward to working with Peter to continue Sentrics’ acquisition strategy, seeking forward-thinking safety, voice, data analytics and engagement technology and service providers looking to bring transformational change to the senior living industry.”

“Technology continues to play an increasingly important role helping communities, caregivers and providers improve quality of life and outcomes of the senior population, allowing them to live with the independence and dignity that they deserve,” comments Bailey. “Our rapidly expanding ability to inform decisions based upon social, clinical, physical and behavioral details improves resident and family experience, clinical outcomes, and community efficiencies. Moving forward, we are focused on growth, bringing our comprehensive engagement offering to additional populations across the country.”
