Praecipio Consulting, a cloud-first business technology consulting firm and portfolio company of Periscope Equity, has acquired Coyote Creek.
CC provides IT and engineering services for the Atlassian platform. The firm delivers a proactive approach to enterprise transformation with the deal creating a large North American Atlassian platinum solution partner.
