Penske Truck Leasing has reached an agreement to acquire the assets of DeCarolis Truck Rental.
DeCarolis is a family-owned and operated firm based out of Rochester, NY, providing truck leasing, rental, maintenance and repair services. The firm provides its services to the food processing and distribution, consumer distribution and freight hauling industries. DeCarolis employs 175 people while maintaining a fleet of 2,359 units across 10 locations.
