VanDeMark Chemical Inc., a producer of life science chemistries and a portfolio company of SK Capital Partners and Comvest Partners, has appointed Boudewijn van Lent as president and CEO.
He brings over thirty years of leadership experience in the chemicals industry. He joins VanDeMark from DSS+ where he served as global chemical industry director. Prior to joining DSS+, he was executive vice president and a member of the board of management of the specialty construction chemicals business of GCP Applied Technologies. Previously, he served as CEO of Bilfinger’s Industrial Services Inc., president of Rhein Chemie and as a vice president of Celerant Consulting.
