Simpli.fi, an advertising automation company for agencies, brands and media companies and backed by Blackstone and GTCR, has bought Bidtellect.

Bidtellect is a contextual and native demand-side platform (DSP). The combination of Bidtellect’s advertising capabilities with Simpli.fi’s CTV, mobile and display services look to provide customers with access to a suite of services through a single platform.
