RoadSafe Traffic Systems Inc., a provider of traffic control and pavement marking services and backed by Trilantic North America and Investcorp, has acquired Western Remac LLC, a sign manufacturing and installation services company.
Based in Woodridge, Ill., WRI serves the upper midwest’s private and public works sectors. Since the 1960s, WRI has provided services to support American infrastructure and has since expanded its offering to also include in-house sign installation capabilities. WRI is Roadside’s eighth acquisition in the last two years.
“WRI has very deep roots in our industry, and we will leverage its experienced management team’s commitment to quality and safety as we integrate them into RoadSafe’s operations,” says Joe Scarano, president of RoadSafe.
