Mercer Global Advisors, a national RIA and portflio company of Oak Hill Capital and Genstar Capital, has acquired Andesa Financial Managment Inc.
The target is a comprehensive wealth management firm based in Allentown, Pa. Andesa focuses on services the financial needs of its 260 clients and $330 million in assets under management.
