Medical Solutions, a healthcare talent company backed by Centerbridge Partners and CDPQ, has acquired WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions based in Charlotte, N.C.
WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions was founded in 1998 and offers direct hire international nurse and allied health recruitment. The deal aims to reinforce Medical Solutions’ initiative to deliver patient outcomes and help the lives of people who provide care. The company will continue to operate independently as its own brand under the Medical Solutions parent company.
