Certified Waste Solutions, a recycling and waste services provider focused on sustainability and a portfolio company of Broadview Group Holdings LLC and EXI Investment Partners, has purchased FRG Waste Resources, a waste diversion and recycling service company.
Founded in 1996 and based in northern California, FRG has over 26 years of sustainability experience providing services across North America. The company offers waste diversion services and equipment for its customer base operating in the technology, biotechnology, healthcare, automotive, restaurants and retail sectors, among others.
