Brothers National, a Manassas, Va.-based asphalt, concrete and paving company and a portfolio company of Lincoln Road Global Management and Trivest Partners, has merged with Pavement Partners.
Pavement Partners is a provider of asphalt and concrete services including maintenance, repair, new paving, milling and sealcoating services. The combined company will carry the new name Pave America. Lincoln Road will retain a minority equity ownership as well as board representation in Pave America.
