PDI, a global provider of enterprise management software for convenience retail and petroleum wholesale industries, has acquired Koupon.

Koupon provides convenience retailers and consumer packaged goods brands with effective ways to engage with customers to gain insights on buyer behavior. The deal will add to PDI’s existing Offer Network that now partners with over 70 brands. The firms will work to drive promotions and increase shopper engagement.

“Since adding consumer engagement solutions to the PDI portfolio in 2018, we have continued to acquire and build functionality that better connects brands and retailers,” stated Jamie Hudson, SVP and general manager of Offers and Insights at PDI. “Acquiring Koupon allows us to expand on those investments.”
