Payscale Inc., a compensation data, software and services company has acquired Agora Solutions Inc., a provider of communications, rewards and employee pay portals and other people analytics services.
Agora’s software looks to create candidate and employee total rewards communications and provides a collaboration with permissions and workflows to improve Payscale’s existing capabilities. Agora is Payscale’s third acquisition in the last 18 months, following its purchase of Curo‘s pay equity and compensation management software and its merger with Payfactors in 2021.
