Parts Town, an equipment manufacturer, has acquired Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, a supplier of repair parts for home products, from private investment firm Comvest Partners. Encompass was a platform company in Comvest’s private equity portfolio since 2019. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Atlanta-based Encompass serves both service trade and consumers. The firm provides access to more than eight million OEM replacement parts from over 200 top manufacturer brands across all major home product categories. While partnered with Comvest, Encompass expanded its product offerings, grew its geographic footprint, and advanced its technological service solutions.
