Smart Data Solutions, a Parthenon Capital-backed data management, claim routing and workflow services company, has purchased JMS and Associates, a provider of outsourced services to third-party administrators and other healthcare organizations.
JMS offers outsourcing services using automation and technology-based business processes to healthcare companies across the U.S. JMS’s services include data capture, claims adjudication and plan-building services, supported by a client-focused service delivery model. The deal brings new clients and capabilities that look to broaden the set of services SDS is able to offer to existing and future customers. Chuck Agrusa, CEO, and Daniel Feng, president, as well as the rest of the JMS team, will join SDS.
