Pantheon, a private markets investor, has added four new members to the firm’s partnership, including the promotions of Stephen Branagan, Dianne Remanous and Akitoshi Yamada and the addition of Dean Maines.

Branagan, global head of operations and head of Ireland, joined Pantheon in 2018 and has overseen a range of transformations across the firm’s operational teams.

Remanous, chief human resources officer, joined the firm in 2018 and has focused on leadership and talent development while expanding Pantheon’s range of corporate social responsibility initiatives and building out the firm’s human resources function to include recruitment, development and HR business partnering teams to support the firm’s growth.

Yamada, head of Japan in the firm’s Asian investor relations team, joined Pantheon in 2018 and has worked to establish the firm’s presence in the Japanese region, building relationships and an investor base that includes a number of the firm’s largest clients.

Maines, who joined Pantheon as chief financial officer, oversees the firm’s finance group, with a focus on leading Pantheon’s accounting, financial reporting and internal controls to support the execution of Pantheon’s growth strategy. Dean was formerly a managing director at Affiliated Managers Group Inc. where he served as chief accounting officer and, most recently, as internal auditor and head of risk management.
