Pantero has purchased Ampro Material Handling, a Detroit-area racking and material handling supplier.
The purchase will allow Pantero to expand its material handling services for its warehouse and distribution customers. In the future, Pantero will become a one-stop service for warehouse supplies, equipment, custom warehouse services and design services.
Ampro has operated in southeastern Michigan for over 50 years, offering high quality material handling services including warehouse racking, flow racks, mezzanines, and beyond. Additionally, the firm designs and installs complex raking systems for warehouse facilities.
“Ampro has a wealth of experience in pallet rack & warehouse layout solutions, bringing expanded capabilities to Pantero that we can now offer to our customers,” added Andrew Reid, Pantero director of operations. “We are excited to bring our teams together to better serve our customers.”
