Palm Tree LLC, a mergers and acquisitions advisor that provides investment banking, strategic finance and transaction support services, has named Pardis Nasseri, Stephen Rossi, Mitchel Nakken, Britt Terrell, Chris Felderman and David Wolinsky to its executive leadership team.

Nasseri, formerly founder and managing director with Palm Tree, has been promoted to CEO and president. Nasseri will focus on developing and executing the firm’s strategic roadmap and future growth while being a resource for each line of service and select client engagements.

Rossi, formerly co-founder of investment banking, has been promoted to managing director and head of investment banking. Rossi will continue to lead the firm’s investment banking services which help clients position their businesses, structure acquisitions and divestitures, run targeted strategic processes and raise capital.

Nakken, formerly head of transitions, has been promoted to managing director and head of transitions and transformations. He will lead the firm’s post-close services, including transformation planning, process improvements and profitability enhancements.

Terrell has been hired as a managing director and head of capital markets. Terrell will lead the firm’s capital markets services which help clients navigate corporate finance, leveraged acquisitions and corporate debt restructuring. Terrell was the founder of Backbone Capital Advisors, a capital markets financing advisory firm recently acquired by Palm Tree.

Feldermann has been named as a managing director and head of financial due diligence and will retain his current role leading the firm’s transaction support services which help clients identify opportunities and reveal risks.

Wolinsky has been promoted to chief talent officer from managing director and will work to advance the firm’s growth by leading its internal and external talent acquisition and development efforts.
