Palm Medical Centers, a portfolio company of MBF Healthcare Partners II, LP a healthcare private equity fund, has acquired Robert V. Barbarite M.D., P.A., a six-provider internal medicine practice in Parkland, Florida.
The acquired clinic will become Palm Medical Centers’ 21st primary care location and seventh center during 2021. Dr. Barbarite received the “Best Doctor” award from Sun-Sentinel and the firm’s nurse practitioners are known the firm’s continued care and operations for over four decades.
