Palladium Equity Partners, a minority-owned private equity buyout firm, has promoted Deborah Gallegos and Carlos Reyes to managing directors and co-heads of ESG and sustainability.

Gallegos and Reyes will lead the firm’s ESG initiatives while advancing the firm’s commitments as a UNPRI signatory and a founding signatory to ILPA‘s Diversity in Action initiative and the Data Convergence project. Gallegos joins the firm with 25 years of investment experience including her time as the chief investment officer of the New York City Comptroller. Reyes brings over 20 years of experience across private equity, ESG, and corporate M&A and most recently served as a principal with IFC Asset Managment Co.

“Both Deborah and Carlos are well suited for success in their new roles as Co-Heads of ESG & Sustainability,” added Marcos Rodriguez, Palladium’s chairman and CEO. “They are strong leaders who will help us implement the next phase of Palladium’s sustainability framework, which we believe will accrue to the benefit of all our investors, our portfolio companies as well as our employees.”
