PAI Partners, a private equity firm, has added Winston Song as partner.
Song will lead PAI’s consumer activities in North America. He joins PAI from Vestar Capital Partners, where he was a managing director and co-head of consumer. Previously, Song was at Lehman Brothers and CSFB Private Equity. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for the sourcing, closing and managing of investments, primarily in the consumer, food and beverage sectors.
