Orangewood Partners, a private investment firm, has made an investment in Barrington James, a global recruitment firm focused on the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device sectors.

Barrington James provides life sciences companies with recruitment services that combine industry experience with recruitment technology to make talent identification and attraction easier for its clients. The investment aims to enhance Barrington James’ recruiting services, expand its client service capabilities and support its development of technology and software. Barrington James’ founder and CEO, Dan Barrington, will continue to lead the business alongside the existing leadership team.
