Opn, a payments services company, has purchased MerchantE, a payments and commerce service provider focused on mid-market B2B customers, from Integrum.
Headquartered in Alpharetta, Ga., MerchantE serves mid-market B2B customers through its payment processing capabilities. The combined company processed approximately $19 billion in payments for over 20,000 businesses in 2022.
