OneDigital, an insurance brokerage, financial services and human resources consulting firm, has bought Bradley & Bradley Associates Inc., a Pennsylvania-based African-American-owned independent insurance brokerage firm.
Founded in 2001 by Steven Scott Bradley, Bradley & Bradley is a risk management company that focuses on providing property and casualty products to over 100 clients across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, including non-profits and government and non-government entities. With this deal, Bradley & Bradley looks to increase its access to national property and casualty resources and add human resources, financial services, employee benefit services and improved technology to better serve its clients.
