One Rock Capital Partners LLC, a New York-based private equity firm, has bought EnviroServe, a national provider of environmental and waste management services, from Savage.
EnviroServe offers environmental remediation, waste management and emergency response services from over 35 locations across the U.S. One Rock’s acquisition of Savage’s EnviroServe business looks to establish the business as an independent company. With Savage’s sale of the company, Nathan Savage is retiring as sector president, environmental at Savage and will continue to lead EnviroServe as chief executive officer.
