One Rock Capital Partners LLC, a value-oriented, operationally-focused private equity firm, has added Tony Palmer as an operating partner.

In his new role, Palmer will drive post-acquisition value of the firm’s portfolio companies through strategic growth strategies concentrated on manufacturing and distribution within food and beverage verticals. Before his time with One Rock, Palmer worked as president of global brands and innovation and as chief marketing officer with Kimberly-Clark Corp.
