Olo Inc. (NYSE:OLO), a provider of an on-demand commerce platform powering the restaurant industry’s digital transformation, has completed the acquisition of Wisely Inc.
Wisely Inc., is a customer intelligence platform that enables restaurant brands to personalize the guest experience in order to maximize customer lifetime value. The sale was worth around $187 million, a combination of $77 million in cash and 3.69 million shares of Olo’s common stock.
Olo’s commerce SaaS platform serves millions of orders per day for its customers, enabling brands to maximize its digital and brick-and-mortar operations.
