Office Ally, a provider of electronic clearinghouse and healthcare software services, has acquired Bluemark LLC, a provider of specialized healthcare software.
Bluemark focuses on healthcare software and adaptive technology like revenue integrity and Medicaid enrollment services for hospitals, health services, nursing homes, and community-based organization clients. The deal expands Office Ally’s product offering and health information handler credentials while also bringing in complementary service offerings.
