Orion Innovation, a digital transformation and product development services firm and a portfolio company of One Equity Partners, has purchased Banktech Software Services Ltd., a core-banking implementation partner for global financial institutions.
Banktech is a multi-regional partner for Temenos, a global banking business for large and small banks, challenger banks and financial technology. Temenos’ banking platform offers a range of services for retail, corporate, payments, wealth management and private banking. Banktech will complement Orion’s financial services business by bringing additional industry experience, open banking services and implementation capabilities to the company.
