Netrix, a provider of cybersecurity and end-to-end IT services and portfolio company of OceanSound Partners, has acquired Edrans, a cloud services provider for midsize enterprise customers.

Edrans is a provider of a range of enterprise cloud services like strategy, mitigation, application modernization, development, recurring cloud managed services, cost optimization and DevOps-as-a-service. The firm works to build enterprise cloud capabilities and supports customers across the country. The deal will add Edrans’ offerings to add scale to Netrix’s cloud services portfolio and additionally brings advanced technical expertise to Netrix’s customers.
