NPM Capital has bought Futurewhiz from Levine Leichtman Capital Partners. Futurewhiz is the parent company of Squla, WRTS and Scoyo.

Consumer education company Futurewhiz serves customers in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Poland through its subsidiaries. “With Futurewhiz we are able to add strong activities and well-positioned brands to our portfolio of participations,” says NPM managing director Bart Coopmans. “Online learning is seamlessly aligned with our strategic investment themes and the social trends we have already observed for several years now.” Dutch investment firm NPM focuses on middle market companies in the Benelux in the energy, agriculture, technology and health and wellness sectors. Levine Leicthman focuses on companies in franchising, professional services, education and engineered products.

ING is serving as financial advisor and NautaDutilh is acting as legal counsel to Levine on this deal.
